成立於2017年，本學院旨在致力推動花式跳繩運動在本地的普及和發展，透過專業的訓練和創新的教學模式，為有興趣參加花式跳繩的學員提供合適而有趣的課程。同時，希望透過正面的教學模式及培育，提升學員的技術、鼓勵學生克服挑戰和超越自我，

院成立至今已服務超過110多間大、中、小學和公營及私營構合作、授課和舉行活動。

服務包括器材銷售、專業訓練課程、到校教學服務、跳繩講座、教師培訓、遊學團、訓練營及舉辦大型賽事等，服務人數由成立至今已超過9300人。

學院提供約1200尺私人訓練場地，由牛頭角地鐵站B出口步行約1-2分鐘到達，場內提供專業的訓練器材，包括專業花式跳繩器材、舞蹈鏡、體操墊、啞鈴及音響等設備。
